I chose to work in sports journalism because of my love for sports and its intersection with society.
My experience spans multiple platforms (print, digital, broadcast, radio and magazine) at every level of sports from high school all the way to the pros.
I'm currently employed by the Kalamazoo Wings as the Public Relations and Broadcasting Director in the ECHL.
And... I pride myself in the ability to proficiently write, edit and shoot content - along with play-by-play broadcasting multiple sports.
The late great ESPN reporter Pedro Gomez once told me, "Stand on my shoulders, because that's what others did for me."
